Batch sizes to suit your project needs, machined in house by our skilled engineers. We can produce small scale prototype 1-2 off work all the way through to production runs of typically 20,000 units. We have been trusted with over 25,000 different products ranging from less than 1mm to 1.5m in size. With a specialty in plastics machining and wealth of knowledge, we can accommodate tolerances design engineers normally reserve for metallic components.

Turning
Reductive manufacturing using CNC machinery to rotate the workpiece and sculpt your finished components with high levels of precision.
Milling
The combination of 5-Axis CAD/CAM toolpaths and CNC Milling machines allow us to machine in less operations and be competitive on pricing.
Inspection
Our inspection department is well equipped with the skill to match. We can provide FAIRs to AS9102 and much more using our CMMs.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
With concerns of Foreign Object Debris, we can offer ultrasonic cleaning to help ensure no contamination in shipped goods.
Part Marking
We can accommodate your marking requirements by Engraving, Marking with Indelible Ink or Vibro-Etching serial or part numbers.
Powder Blasting
We are able to finish components with a visually uniform surface, improve the effectiveness of contact adhesives and minimise sharp edges.
Thread Inserts
We can machine custom threads, and oversize threads to suit Thread Insert requirements. Our finishing team can insert them too.
